Bangalow Theatre Company joins forces with acclaimed Australian writer and composer Eddie Perfect (Bettlejuice, King Kong, Shane Warne The Musical) and the iconic Brunswick Picture House to bring audiences the first staging of a brand-new reimagined version of Perfect’s wickedly brilliant musical Vivid White.

After its debut with Melbourne Theatre Company in 2017, Perfect has completely reworked, reshaped, and re-energised this unforgettable show in development with Bangalow Theatre Company. This exhilarating new adaptation will burst to life onstage for the very first time right here in our region.

Cynthia and Evan have been friends with Liz and Ben for years. Nothing could break their bond…Until both couples decide they must buy the same house.

From there, friendship disintegrates, morality evaporates, and the rules no longer apply. Because this is the Australian property market, and when ambition collides with desire, even the end of the world is not enough to stop the relentless drive to secure the dream home.

Hilarious, biting, outrageous, and painfully relatable, Vivid White is a post-apocalyptic real estate musical packed with satire, heart, chaos, and razor-sharp comedy.
